disagree  Charlesp: I don't think that it is an "adjustment to tenants," as that sounds like it has something to do with money, i.e. an adjustment of the financial terms of the tenancy.

neutral  Charlesp: Isn't a 'fit out' when you go to a tailor? - or is that a fitting? Actually this term to me sounds a bit too much like the tenant is having a fit, and ready to quit the tenancy.
