I need help with this sentence, which appears in a judgement of paternity:

Vad tingsrätten bestämt i underhållsdelen skall såvitt avser tiden efter denna dom lända till omedelbar etterrättelse utan hinder av förd klagan, varför det interimistiska beslutet 25.4.1979 inte skall gälla längre.

neutral  Agneta Pallinder: I disagree with one part: "utan hinder av" should be "notwithstanding" - in other words it is the implementation that is not impeded by the appeal, not the other way round. Many examples if you google "utan hinder av förd klagan".
