Bus/Financial - Management / library science
Swedish term or phrase: I huvudet på en chef
The above is the title of an archives/library science journal article that covers author's experiences as head of Sweden's national archives (i.e., riksarkivarie), which as far as I can determine is roughly comparable to the Librarian of Congress in the U.S. I'm uncertain how best to translate this expression. Perhaps something like "Being a boss"?

In the Mind of a Library Director

Explanation:
A suggestion.

This should be accurate translationwise, given the library context, but I am unable to tell whether it sounds good as the title of an article.
