Målet med butiken är dock, alltid, att sälja, så mycket som
möjligt. Men inte vad som helst. Vi ska sälja det vi tjänar
pengar på. Det handlar om fyra prioriterade produktområden:
• Andra sortering och överlager. Till riktigt låga priser.
• Bruttovinstgivare. Produkter som vi har hög marginal på.
• Volymprodukter. Produkter som vi säljer mycket av, och
därigenom tjänar pengar på.
• Pro.lprodukter.
Och hur ska det gå till? Tricket heter mekanisk försäljning.

I det personliga mötet med kunden är det enkelt att
trovärdigt sälja rätt saker. Men vi inte har tid eller möjlighet
att träffa och prata med alla kunder som kliver in
genom entrén. Det som ni gör hela dagarna ska också
ske helt mekaniskt, automatiskt. Att berätta vem vi är, vad vi säljer, vad som är bra med våra
produkter, vad som är billigt, osv.
Men, blir det inte en faslig massa skyltar då?
Nej, för kommunikation i butik handlar om så mycket
mer. Allt vi gör i butiken berättar något för kunden.
Hur vi gör layouten i butiken, butiksinredningen, hur vi
varulägger produkterna. Och så lägger vi till skyltar där
det behövs!
