Notes to answerer
Asker: That definition is more for the tightness of the actual barrels. There is a specific term for "stramhet" regarding wine-tasting.

Asker: Thanks for all the legwork! I think you found what I was looking for - "taut" or even "stiff"

Tight: This term describes a wine that is not showing much flavor, aroma or structure. Usually, young wines are tight. To combat this you may decant the wine. The resulting aeration of the wine helps the wine “open up” or not be tight.

full-bodied

Explanation:
'Full-bodied' is a term often heard at wine tastings (and I have been many). The French word is corsé

Corsé (qualité) : vin puissant, intense et consistant, riche en tannins, en extraits et en alcool.
A powerful wine, intense and substantial, rich in tannins, both in extracts and in alcohol.

Full-bodied seems an excellent translation for smakrikedom, and quite close to stramhet
