hachis suédois d'abats et de semoule Explanation: Lungmos är detsamma som pölsa. Norstedts föreslår "hachis m [d'abats et de semoule]". Jag tycker nog att det kan vara bra att stoppa in ett "suédois" för att de franska turisterna riktigt skall förstå att detta är en säregen svensk specialitet. |
