Non mi piace molto "opere DI suolo". Forse opere AL suolo o SUL suolo. Ma allora sarebbe "markanläggningar". Comunque, magari è più chiaro dal contesto che non si tratta di sola terra.

Asker: terreni mi sembra più indicare proprietà. forse è meglio "opere di suolo e infrastrutturali" o "opere di terreno e infrastrutturali"
