direi senz'altro "centrale", perché "centralina" tipo dispositivo si dice styrenhet. Redovisning non è per forza la contabilità, ma tutto quello che si analizza e di cui si fa un rapporto. Redovisa è anche "fare rapporto", "scrivere un report".
