valley bed

Explanation:
This is not my specialist area, but I believe it may be this. See the following example:

“The Sulm runs on top of a thick bed of its own massive quaternary deposits, and therefore the valley bed is now quite flat although (as can be deduced from the remaining terraces on its rims) it must have been steeper initially.”

Notes to answerer
Asker: I couldn't find any other usage of "valley bed"; it sounds accurate but needs a little more research by me, thanks a lot anyway.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Nehir yolu ve dağ geçidi anlamlarında kullanılmış; tam birebir değil ama çok yakın, o yüzden ikisinden biri olabilir sanırım, biraz daha araştıracağım. Teşekkür ederim.

valley

Explanation:
Valley is a deep river bed. The source term may be wrong, such as "atlı süvari". I think just "valley" will be sufficient.
