Cartoon where the language is familiar, colloquial speech. I understand all of it except the use of ön. Does it here mean pre-? I.e. While going pre-interview... or, more fluently, 'previous to going to the interview'.

Asker: Thank you so much. I was not aware of this usage of ön. The cartoon is translated as, I think, 'On your way to the interview meeting, take off your panties'. It does not seem to be fully accurate in all respects but I couldn't work out that translation without knowing the meaning of ön.
