Turkish term or phrase: ön görüsmeye giderken, külot giyme
Cartoon where the language is familiar, colloquial speech. I understand all of it except the use of ön. Does it here mean pre-? I.e. While going pre-interview... or, more fluently, 'previous to going to the interview'.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you so much. I was not aware of this usage of ön. The cartoon is translated as, I think, 'On your way to the interview meeting, take off your panties'. It does not seem to be fully accurate in all respects but I couldn't work out that translation without knowing the meaning of ön.

agree  Alvin Parmar: I agree entirely - "initial interview" (other possibilities would be "preliminary interview" or maybe "first-round interview", but NOT "pre-interview")
