The asker perceives "Uy" as "Obey". The word has nothing to do with obeying or settling down, it's an exclamation like "oh!".

No, actually, it doesn't. It is a very well-known expression. People living in the Black Sea region of Turkey are not known to have servants at home, cooking for them, setting the table etc., anyway.


To the asker:

"Uy ... Uşağum" has definitely nothing to do with servants. It is just a colloquial way of saying "my boy", in the Black Sea region of Turkey. It is a widely known, but local expression which every Turkish speaking person knows of.

It might also mean "my friend" sometimes, but the literal meaning is "boy".

Atıl Kayhan is just trying to be funny, I believe. It has nothing to do with "my dear servant" here. It means "my boy", "my son", etc.
