"Saya saya aglamak: yöredeki [which are local] cenazelerde [at funerals] yakilan kafiyeli [rhymed] agit [dirge/lament]."
Do some Black Sea peoples cremate their dead, despite this being haram to Muslims? I am uncertain about the meaning of yakilan' which means 'burnt', or am I completely wrong? Anyhow, this makes no sense in context.

Asker: Thanks, Mukaanyes! That makes admirable sense. It was strange to find it in Tureng under yakmak=to burn, but if I had looked further down the page I would have found it under ağıt yakmak 'lament for the dead'.
