Neruda has me puzzled, too. There seem to be a number of bars and restaurants in Istanbul with this name, but I presume the reference must be to the poet.

Thanks so much all, especially Tim! Does Neruda here refer to the poet Pablo Neruda, with the capital letter missed? It seems so, since the comma before 'ya shows it is a proper noun.

Şeftali literally means peaches. It can also be used as breasts in plural form, şeftaliler, although I doubt anyone has in the 21st century. It's not a "modern" slang word.

btw, piç literally means bastard.
