Turkish term or phrase: şerefsiz dokunulmazlığını kaldırmiş yine
In this cartoon which can be found at bu hastanız kendini milletvekili, the following dialogue appears. I find it very puzzling-
-bu hastanız kendini milletvekili sanıyor -Ulan bu ne hal. -şerefsiz dokunulmazlığını kaldırmiş yine
I think I understand the first two pieces of dialogue:-
'This patient of ours thinks he is an MP'
'What is his condition?'
The rest is obscue except that I know that şerefsiz means a scumbag & kaldırmiş probably has an obscene meaning. Donulmazlik seems to mean taboo but the general sense is obscure.
