Wind up the contract


Explanation:
I have only ever encountered this term in public procurement contracts and, as far as I understand, the meaning is a bit different from terminate (='feshetmek'), the idea here is that all outstanding debts and obligations are settled and the business is brought to a logical conclusion.

I have usually seen this translated as 'wind up' as seen in the following bilingual model contract:
