İlaçla ilgili bütün firma ve hükümet dokümantasyonlarında da bu kalıp kullanılıyor. Acaba sorulan cümle içinde "supply form" falan denebilir mi diye aradım, ama bu "how supplied" öyle bir kalıp haline gelmiş ki, o ifadeden uzaklaştıracak bir şey söylemekten kaçınmak lazım anlaşılan. Explanation:
Sanırım "preparat" biraz türkçeleştirilmiş bir kelime. Pek ala ürün diyebiliriz diye düşünüyorum. Öyle olunca da ürünün ingilizce karşılığı olarak "products"ı yeğledim. "ticari şekli" için de "commercialize kullanılabilir sanırım.
