Recette : le Berthoud chablaisien * Frotter un ramequin à l'ail et disposer de fines lamelles d'Abondance (150 g), * Arroser le tout de Madère (1c à café) et de vin blanc de Savoie (1c à café), puis poivrer, * Faire gratiner au four 5 mn, * A déguster avec des pommes de terre.
