Source text - Spanish 1.- Construir un invernadero en la parcela Nº 24007, de 20.733 m2. El invernadero sería de 67 x 165 m, con un total de superficie cubierta de 11.770 m2. Se podría situar al fondo de la parcela, dejando la parte frontal, junto a la carretera, libre para su uso como superficie auxiliar y para una futura construcción de un almacén con cámara frigorífica, para dar servicio al conjunto de invernaderos que se contruya en el área. Más abajo le detallo los proyectos necesarios para presentar la solicitud de licencia de obras del invernadero.
Para la construcción de este invernadero podemos ayudar con los siguientes servicios:
1.1.- Estudio detallado de una oferta adaptada al terreno , a las condiciones climatológicas de la zona y al tipo de cultivo seleccionado. Este estudio, que tendrá como fin obtener una oferta final realista y ejecutable, tiene un coste de 6.000 BGN. El estudio contiene además el diseño básico del sistema hidropónico, el sistema de riego, los cálculos del sistema de climatización con consumos, el sistema eléctrico con consumos . Los datos de este estudio previo serán después necesarios para la realización de los proyectos de ingeniería necesarios. Este coste, que se paga al contratar el estudio, se descontará del precio final del invernadero en caso de ejecutarse.
1.2.- Ayuda técnica al ingeniero y arquitecto para la preparación de los proyectos necesarios.
1.3.- Formación del personal técnico de la empresa para el correcto funcionamiento del invernadero.
1.4.- Telemonitorización del invernadero para obtener el funcionamiento óptimo
2.- Una vez se tiene el primer invernadero funcionando, preparar tres proyectos más en los terrenos adyacentes para la venta a inversores o la búsqueda de una financiación para inversión propia. Con los proyectos podemos realizar una propuesta de inversión para buscar compradores.

15.- Almacén de 160 m2 donde se encontrará el depósito de agua, la caldera de calefacción y los sistemas informáticos de automatización del invernadero.

Translation - Bulgarian 1.- Изграждане на оранжерия в парцел Nº 24007, 20.733 m2. Оранжерията ще е с размери 67 на 165 m, с обща покрита площ 11.770 m2. Би могла да се разположи в задната част на парцела, като частта от парцела откъм пътя бъде оставена свободна за помощни дейности и за бъдещото изграждане на склад с хладилна камера, с цел обслужване на всички оранжерии, които ще се построят в зоната. По-надолу ще намерите описани проектите, които са нужни за получаване на разрешителното за строеж на оранжерията.
Във връзка с изграждането на оранжерията ние можем да ви предоставим следните услуги:
1.1.- Анализ на терена, на климатичните особености на района и на вида на културата, която ще се оглежда, с цел изготвяне на персонализирана, адаптирана към конкретните нужди и изисквания оферта. Това предварително проучване е необходимо, за да изработим окончателна и изпълнима ценова и техническа оферта, и струва 6000 лева. Наред с всичко друго това проучване съдържа и предварителен проект на хидропонната система, на напоителната система, изчисленията за климатизацията, електрическата система и съответното потребление. Данните, изчислени и предоставени в това проучване, са нужни след това за изготвяне на задължителните технически проекти. Упомената цена за изработване на това персонализирано проучване се приспада от крайната цена на оранжерията.
1.2.- Техническа помощ за проектантите и архитектите от българска страна, които ще изготвят необходимите технически проекти.
1.3.- Обучение на техническия персонал на компанията с цел правилна работа с оранжерията.
1.4.- Мониторинг на функционирането на оранжерията с цел постигане на оптимални резултати.
2.- След завършване на първата оранжерия ще се изготвят още три проекта в прилежащите терени, като тези нови проекти ще бъдат продадени на инвеститори или ще се търси финансиране за осъществяване на собствена инвестиция. В този момент можем да подготвим инвестиционно предложение и да търсим потенциални купувачи.

Inspect your respirator before and after each wearing. Do not wear, and return to your supervisor if:
1. Head harness is torn, cut, or damaged in any way.
2. Buckles or flanged tabs are missing, damaged or broken.
3. Face piece is cracked, torn, distorted, dirty, or has holes.
4. Inhalation/Exhalation diaphragms and/or gaskets are missing, torn, damaged, or not properly seated.
5. Cartridges are at the end of their service life, cracked, damaged, or not properly seated.
6. Any other plastic or rubber part is cracked, distorted, or damaged
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Failure to comply with all instructions and limitations concerning use of this face masks and/or failure to use it for the entire exposure period can reduce the level of protection and, therefore, increase the time of exposure to the contaminant, with the resulting risk of disease and permanent disability.
- Before using, the wearer must be familiar with correct use of the equipment as well as with the contaminant, in order to choose an appropriate filter type.
- Use only in environments where the oxygen level in the air exceeds 19.5% by vol.
- The mask should be worn by only one person to prevent infections.
- If you observed any characteristic of the contaminant (odour, taste, irritation) or any increase in breathing resistance, leave the area immediately.
Assessments require the entire mask to be sent to S.E.A. to decide whether the
mask is able to be repaired.
PLACEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT
1. Adjust the mask on the face, making sure that the inner mask fits snugly around the nose and mouth (Fig. 1).
2. Position the headgear behind the head, adjusting to ensure that the mask fits perfectly (Fig. 2).
3. Check that the mask is properly adjusted by covering the air inlet and inhaling: the mask should stick to your face (Fig. 3).
4. To remove the mask, you must first release the five regulation points (Fig.4)
5. Remove the mask by holding it at the bottom (Fig. 5)
INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
This mask has an expiration date of five (5) years. Nevertheless, you must inspect the mask components regularly to ensure that they are working properly.

ИНСТРУКЦИИ ЗА УПОТРЕБА

- Преди употреба потребителят трябва да се запознае с изискванията за правилно използване на маската, както и със замърсителя, с цел да се избере подходящият тип филтър.
- Да се използва само в среда, където съдържанието на кислород във въздуха надвишава 19,5 обемни процента.
- Маската следва да се носи само от един човек, за да се избегнат инфекции.
- Ако усетите някоя типична характеристика на замърсителя (мирис, вкус, дразнене) или повишаване на съпротивлението при дишане, напуснете незабавно зоната.
При изготвяне на оценка цялата маска трябва да се изпрати на S.E.A, за да се реши дали тя може да бъде поправена.
ПОСТАВЯНЕ И РЕГУЛИРАНЕ
1. Нагласете маската на лицето, като се уверите, че вътрешната маска приляга плътно около носа и устата (Фиг. 1).
2. Поставете лентите на главата, като нагласите до идеалното прилепване на маската. (Фиг. 2).
3. Проверете дали маската пасва точно, като блокирате входящия отвор и поемете въздух: маската трябва да се свие към лицето Ви (Фиг. 3).
