I wrote my PhD in English during Fulbright fellowhip at Georgetown University, in Washington, DC in the US. I compared the functioning of the nonprofit sectors in Poland and in the United States.

For 2005 I have been working at a nonprofit in Warsaw that helps people with disabilities. Among other things I am involved in translating various materials from Polish into English and English into Polish conserning the assistance system for people with disabilities in Poland and other countries in the areas of public policy, social assistance, sheltered employment and rehabilitation, education and health care.

From 2003 to 2008 I thought at one private university where I was teaching foreign students (in English). Among the courses I taught were: sociology, psychology and social psychology.
