ширных резекциях в 1974 г. J.Fortner с соавто-
рами предложили способ полной сосудистой
изоляции печени, заключающийся в пережа-
тии сосудов ворот печени, нижней полой вены
над и под печенью и гипотермической перфу-
зии печени. Время общей печеночной ишемии
при этом способе может достигать 90 минут.
Хотя этот метод имеет немало сторонников, он
довольно сложен и требует большого количе-
ства жидкости для перфузии.
Translation - English For prophylaxis of bleeding in extensive resection, J.Fortner et al. proposed the method of complete vascular isolation of liver in 1974; the method included cross-clamping of vessels of hepatic portal hilus and of inferior vena cava over under the liver and hypothermic perfusion of liver. Total time of hepatic ischemia may be up to 90 minutes.

Source text - Russian Алерприв (лоратадин) - блокатор Н1-гистаминовых рецепторов (длительного действия). Ингибирует высвобождение гистамина и лейкотриена С4 из тучных клеток. Предупреждает развитие и облегчает течение аллергических реакций. Обладает противоаллергическим, противозудным и противоэкссудативным действием. Уменьшает проницаемость капилляров, предупреждает развитие отека тканей, снимает спазмы гладкой мускулатуры. Противоаллергический эффект развивается через 30 мин, достигает максимума через 8-12 ч и длится 24 ч.
Не влияет на центральную нервную систему и не вызывает привыкания (т.к. не проникает через гематоэнцефалический барьер).
Translation - English Alerpriv (loratadine) is an H1-histamine receptors antagonist (producing long-term effect). It inhibits release of histamine and leucotrienes C4 from mast cells. It prevents from development of allergic reactions and relieves them. The drug produces antiallergic, antipruritic and antiexudative effect. It decreases capillary permeability, prevents tissue swelling, relieves smooth muscle spasms. The antiallergic effect is observed within 30 minutes after administration, achieves its maximum within 8-12 hours and lasts for 24 hours.
It does not affect the central nervous system and does not become addictive (i.e. it does not cross the blood-brain barrier).
