Source text - English SEXY LINGERIE
When my first husband left me, he told me I never wore sexy underwear. It was true, although I did not appreciate that he told me only after 10 years and 2 kids together. I may have owned a white bra with some lace on it, but that was it. However I took it as advice and maybe it was the best advice he ever gave me. I first invested in a couple of sexy strings. Although men find them absolutely irresistible, I found them uncomfortable and have seldom worn them except for a quick seduction – you know, bringing him coffee on his birthday wearing only a string and high heels, and a smile of course.
But in the course of the last 5 years I have slowly replaced all my practical white cottons with seductive, beautiful lingerie in all colors of the rainbow (no strings). And I can tell you my sex life is so satisfactory I would not have thought it possible. Of course that is not only the lingerie – it is the chemistry. But it certainly helps!
Excuses for not wearing lingerie: 1. “Nobody ever sees it.” Make sure he sees it!!! Take every opportunity to “accidentally” be seen with it. Especially with high heels (even if you take those off later!) You can even be blatant about it: wear it to bed, and when he asks you why you are wearing that, answer” “So you can take it off!”
2. “I don’t have a beautiful body.” Nonsense, your body is the most beautiful instrument you will ever possess and you should start appreciating it. Even if your body is not perfect, believe me, you will look much sexier in lingerie than in dumpy underwear! Lingerie comes in large sizes nowadays and for all figures.
3. “But when I have my period….” Nonsense. During my period I wear black lingerie – stains don’t show and it is his absolute favorite.
4. “It is not worth paying so much money for so little textile”… Sure, you can find potato sacks for a bargain price. Seriously, what are you spending your money on? Aren’t you worth it? I never buy any lingerie, or as a matter of fact any clothing, if it is not on sale – I am a bargain shopper. It adds to the satisfaction.
5. “I am too old for sexy clothing.” Ask yourself this: is your partner too old to look at girls in sexy clothing and appreciate them? Of course you are not too old. He will look at you with new eyes!
My tips:
I always, always wear a matching set, unless I go braless. And I always wear nice sexy sets, even if I am at home – you never know!
I took up kickboxing – did wonders for the butt and for my self-confidence. I have started feeling so much better and love seeing myself in lingerie now. If you are not satisfied with your body, do something about it! Take up aerobics or spinning or jogging.
Since, depending on the climate, you can use the bra longer than the panty, I now buy 2 panties that match the bra, if that is possible.
Always try on the set first; it may look good but feel uncomfortable or show up fat rolls. Never buy a size too small.
Morale of the story: there is no convincing reason not to wear sexy lingerie – every day -, unless of course you hate making love, hate looking good and don’t want your man to be attracted to you.

Toen mijn eerste man mij verliet, vertelde hij mij dat ik nooit sexy ondergoed droeg. Het was waar, hoewel ik niet kon waarderen dat hij dat pas na 10 jaar en 2 kinderen meldde. Ik had misschien een witte bh met wat kant, maar meer ook niet. Misschien was het wel het beste advies dat hij mij ooit gaf. Ik investeerde eerst in een paar sexy strings. Mannen vinden ze absoluut onweerstaanbaar, maar ik vind ze oncomfortabel. Hooguit eens gebruikt voor een snelle verleiding - je weet wel, koffie brengen op zijn verjaardag met alleen een string en hoge hakken (en vergeet de glimlach niet!).
In de laatste 5 jaar heb ik langzaam alle praktische witte katoentjes vervangen door mooie, verleidelijke lingerie in alle kleuren van de regenboog (geen strings). En ik kan uit eigen ervaring vertellen dat het wonderen doet voor je liefdesleven.
Excuses om geen lingerie te dragen: 1. “Niemand ziet het immers.” Zorg ervoor dat HIJ het ziet! (of zij….) Verzin manieren om “betrapt” te worden. Vooral met hoge hakken erbij. Je hebt geen excuses nodig: draag je nieuwe set naar bed en als hij vraagt waarom, zeg je “Zodat je het kan uittrekken!”
2. “Ik heb geen mooi lichaam.” Wat een onzin, je lichaam is het mooiste instrument dat je ooit zult bezitten. Zelfs al is het niet perfect, neem van mij aan dat het er 100 keer beter uitziet in sexy lingerie dan in flodderig ondergoed. Lingerie is verkrijgbaar in alle maten en voor alle figuren.
3. “Maar als ik ongesteld ben…” Ha. Als ik ongesteld ben draag ik uitlsuitend mijn zwarte sets – je ziet geen vlekken en zwart is zijn grote favoriet.
4. “Zoveel geld voor zo’n klein stukje textiel…” Natuurlijk, bij de HEMA kun je tenten kopen voor een goede prijs. Even serieus, waar geef je je geld aan uit? Ben je het niet waard? Ik koop nooit lingerie, of eigenlijk geen enkel kledingstuk, als het niet in de uitverkoop is. Heerlijk, koopjes jagen.
5. “Ik ben te oud voor sexy kleren.” Vraag jezelf of je partner te oud is om naar meisjes in sexy kleren te kijken. Natuurlijk niet! Let eens op hoe hij naar je kijkt als je je nieuwe aanwinst komt laten bewonderen!
6. “Hij vindt me toch wel aantrekkelijk….” Weet je het zeker? Doe de test! Koop eens een mooi set en kijk naar het effect! Natuurlijk vindt hij je aantrekkelijk, maar je kan alleen maar vooruitgaan. Hij voelt zich vereerd als je het speciaal voor hem koopt.
Mijn tips:
• Ik draag altijd, altijd een setje lingerie, tenzij ik geen bh draag. Ook als ik thuis ben. Je weet maar nooit. Ook al ziet niemand het, jij weet het toch zelf?
• Ik ben aktief gaan sporten – ik voel me veel beter over mijn lichaam en veel zelfverzekerder. Als je niet happy bent met je lichaam, doe er dan wat aan! Je kunt jezelf geen beter kado geven. Ga aerobicen of spinnen of joggen.
• Aangezien je, afhankelijk van het klimaat, de panty langer kan dragen dan de BH, koop ik tegenwoordig 2 panties, indien mogelijk, voor dezelfde BH. Dezelfde of verschillende.
• Altijd eerst de set aanpassen. Ook al ziet het er perfect uit, het kan onprettig zitten of vetrollen tonen waarvan je niet dacht dat je ze had, en dat verknoeit het effect. Koop nooit een maat te klein.
Moraal van het verhaal: er is geen overtuigende reden om geen lingerie te dragen, tenzij je een hekel hebt aan sex, er niet graag mooi uitziet en niet wil dat je partner je aantrekkelijk vindt.
