The crest that you and other users have on the right side of your profile page depicts your "Title".
When a user first registers, everyone is given the lowest level title of "Newbie".
You do not have to remain a "Newbie" forever, however. The title of all users goes under an "Audit" once a week.
The basis for the "Audit" is the skill tag attached to the user's skill. It is calculated by the amount of 1 points attached to the user's skill tag.
Users that have more 1 points end up with a higher title after the audit.
Within "Guilds", a collection of craftsmen, you were required to be recognized by other master's to become a master yourself. Using that as a basis, Forkwell also has made it so user's that are recognized by other users are able to obtain a more prestigious title.
Also, the name of the titles follows the guild system. There are 9 different titles.
Now, let us go into the titles one by one.
1. Newbie
The lowest title level. All users start as a Newbie until the first "audit".
If after the audit it is assessed that you have less 1 points compared to other users, you will remain a Newbie.
The audit allowing you to graduate from the Newbie level is set at a very low bar. If you remain as a newbie even with those low standards, it might be slightly embarrassing.
2. Apprentice
"Apprentice" means someone who is "still learning".
You are slightly recognized by other users, however you still have much to learn.
With due diligence, aim for a higher title.
3. Craftsman
Users that have become a "Craftsman", congratulations.
You have now been properly recognized as a fully qualified Craftsman.
However, even though you have just become fully qualified, there are still many users above you.
The path of the Craftsman starts now. Good luck!
4. Journeyman
"Journey" means a "long trip".
Craftsmen of days past would travel and work under various masters to improve their skills.
You, who just became a Journeyman, are probably also gaining experience working in various shops, as well as attending various conferences and workshops.
This journey still has a long ways to go. Continue the journey to obtain an even higher title!
5. Artisan
An "Artisan" is someone who has polished his skills to the level of art.
You, who just became an Artisan, is looked on highly by others around you for your skills.
You are just one step away from becoming a Master.
Having come so far, you are definitely not satisfied with becoming just an Artisan. Please aim for becoming a Master!
6. Master
In the Middle Ages, only Masters could join the craftsmen unions. The power that the Master's wielded was something recognized by all craftsmen. Gathering many supporters, they wielded influence that could not be ignored by those around them. That is why the title of "Master" is so appropriate.
7. Grandmaster
A Master among Masters, that is the "Grandmaster".
As someone who controls other Masters, anyone who does not recognize you would be unqualified in the industry.
There are still two titles that are higher. However, those two titles are special, so it can be said that this title is the highest that normal people can obtain.
The Top 2 Titles
The "Audit" that determines whether you can move up from Grandmaster is exceedingly strict. Even if you try your hardest, there is a chance that you still will not achieve the title.
If you see someone with one of these titles, they are not a normal person.

Translation - English Skill up at the "Circuit Run" in Nismo Oomori Factory
On April 20th (Friday) in Chiba Prefecture, Sodegaura City, at the Sodegaura Forest Raceway, a circuit event, "Circuit Run", hosted by the Nismo Oomori Factory and geared towards customers was held. 17 participants attended a lecture taught directly by professional drivers, Tsugio Matsuda, and Ara Seiji.
The Oomori Factory "Circuit Run" is a school-like event that is slanted towards mainly customers that have little circuit racing experience. It is for customers who want to test the limits of the cars that they are driving daily through sports driving. At the "Circuit Run", Pro drivers give detailed lessons in a safe environment within the circuit. Even beginners are able to improve their driving skills and experience the fun of circuit racing. The event racetrack Sodegaura Raceway is a circuit about a one hour drive from the middle of the city. Oomori Factory hosts similar events many times over the year. Participating cars consisted of many performance cars like the Fairlady Z, Skyline GT-R. This time, there were also customers who participated in matches.
Participants are sorted according to their amount of circuit racing experience and skill level into either a novice class or experienced class. Lessons according to their levels are then conducted. Also, because the instructor is the leader of one class throughout the whole day, advice and instruction can be given with attention to detail.
Beginner class participants first start out with a classroom course on basic information like driving skills and racing manners. After, they ride in the same car with the instructor driving, listening to and paying heed to specific advice on running the car. Once that is finished, you are finally able to ride in your own car and prepare to get on the course. First, you ride behind the instructor's car and become acclimated to how to ride the course. On the other hand, the experienced class spend the morning riding on a course lined with pylons, taking a lesson on handling and conduct. In the afternoon, the circuit is opened and both classes are allowed free reign on the course. Three hours are given as free time on the course. If requested, you can have an instructor check your car, or ride in the same car and get man to man advice on driving skills.
The charm of the "Circuit Run" is that it has drivers that will give you detailed advice and instruction, along with very knowledgeable staff from the Oomori Factory who perform maintenance daily on customer's cars. If by any chance you have a problem with your car while on the course, you can feel at ease that there are people who can help.
The "Circuit Run" is currently scheduled two more times this year.

2011年までは、旧型シャシーとトヨタ3S-GEエンジンを使用したNクラスと、それ以外のCクラスにそれぞれ全日本選手権タイトルがかけられていまし たが、今年はCクラスを撤廃。全車によってひとつのタイトルを争うことになりました。ただNクラスに関しては全日本タイトルとは別に、日本F3協会によっ て独自に表彰されるようになっています。日産では、FCJを卒業したドライバーをF3 Nクラスにステップアップさせ, [[[Nissan Driver Development Program]]] のもとに育成しています。
F3 is the only series within Japan that is held with internationally recognized regulations. It is known as the next step for drivers who have cut their teeth in Beginner Formula and Challenge Formula Japan. If they perform well they have a chance to climb up to higher classes like F1, GP2, or Formula Nippon.
Until 2011, N class, which used an old type chassis and the Toyota 3S-GE engines, and the assorted titles in C class had various All Japan Championship titles. This year, C class has been abolished. All cars will now be competing for the same title. However, N class, different from the All Japan title, will be awarded proprietarily by the Japan F3 Association. At Nissan, drivers who have graduated from FCJ are bumped up to the F3N class and receive training under the [[[Nissan Driver Development Program]]].
Formula Challenge Japan
A series started in 2006 through the cooperation of Nissan, Toyota, and Honda, its goal is to "discover and develop young drivers who have the talent perform internationally".
