Source text - English Vacuum pump oil change
Every time the "Change pump oil" message is displayed when the equipment starts, it is necessary to change the vacuum pump oil.
The oil change is absolutely necessary also when contaminant substances make it cloudy. Contaminated oil does not allow the pump to reach acceptable vacuum values and damages for good its mechanical parts.
All the emptying operations and subsequent recharging should be performed with the pump at stop.
To avoid inhibiting the pump's efficiency and maintaining in time the same performances, use only K1L type oil for the maintenance.
• Before draining the oil, activate the pump for at least 10 minutes with the HIGH and LOW pressure valves closed.
• Switch off the recovery unit by setting the switch in position 0 and disconnect the mains power supply cable, keeping strictly to the sequence of operations
• Remove the panel at the rear of the equipment
• Unscrew the drain plug located at the bottom of the pump (ref. 12)
• Drain all the oil
• Tighten the drain plug (ref. 12)
• Unscrew the breather plug located at the top of the pump (ref. 10)
• Pour the oil slowly until reaching halfway on the indicator located at the side of the pump（11）

Ogni volta che viene visualizzato il messaggio "cambiare l'olio della pompa" una volta avviato il dispositivo, è necessario sostituire l'olio della pompa di aspirazione
Il cambio olio è assolutamente necessario anche quando sostanze contaminanti lo rendono torbido. L'olio contaminato non permette alla pompa di raggiungere livelli di aspirazione accettabili e danneggia in maniera permanente le sue parti meccaniche
Tutte le operazioni di svuotamento e il conseguente riempimento devono essere eseguite con la pompa in fase di sospensione.
Per evitare di danneggiare l'efficienza della pompa e mantenere per tutto il tempo le stesse prestazioni, usare esclusivamente olio di tipo K1L per la sua manutenzione.
• Prima di scaricare l'olio, attivare la pompa per almeno 10 minuti con le valvole di ALTA e BASSA pressione chiuse.
• Spegnere l'unità di ripristino impostando la posizione di accensione 0 e disconnettere il cavo di alimentazione della rete elettrica, seguendo rigorosamente la sequenza delle operazioni
• Rimuovere il pannello sul retro del dispositivo
• Svitare il tappo di scarico nella parte inferiore della pompa (rif.12)
• scolare tutto l'olio
• Serrare il tappo di scarico (rif. 12)
• Svitare il tappo di sfiato nella parte superiore della pompa (rif.10)
• Versare l'olio lentamente fino a raggiungere metà dell'indicatore che si trova sul lato della pompa
