Strategic public relations planning and research techniques have
evolved into the most powerful tools available to public relations practitioners. Today's competitive business environment increasingly puts pressure on communication managers to demonstrate in a measurable way how the results from public relations programs benefit the organizations they serve. Practitioners well prepared to use the tools available to them can enjoy bigger budgets, more autonomy in decision making, and greater support from management. Managers relying on an intuitive model of public relations practice based on their knowledge of media markets and a well-developed network of contacts, however, tend to have less credibility, enjoy less autonomy, receive lower priority, and
suffer greater risk of cost cutting that threatens job security.

(57) Abstract : The invention relates to a system for controlling an alternating electric charge, comprising a variable speed drive (10) which includes a rectifier module (11) provided with a plurality of power supply terminals (LI, L2, L3) and supplying a DC voltage between a positive line (14) and a negative line (15) of a power bus, and which includes an inverter module (12) powered by the power bus and supplying a variable voltage to the electric charge (M). The control system comprises a plurality of DC power sources (21, 22, 23), the positive terminal of each power source (21, 22, 23) being connected to a separate power supply terminal (LI, L2, L3) of the rectifier module (11) and the negative terminals of the power sources (21, 22, 23) being connected to the negative line (15) of the power bus. | Translation - Arabic

The present invention relates to reflector arrangement for proof test of a radar level gauge and to a radar level gauge system comprising such a reflector arrangement. The reflector arrangement comprises a pliable elongated member for attachment to a fixed structure in the tank; a weight attachable to the pliable elongated member; and a reflector member for reflecting an electromagnetic signal impinging on the reflector plate. يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بنظم عاكس لاختبار صمود مقياس لمستوى رادار وبنظام لمقياس مستوى رادار يتضمن هكذا نظم لعاكس. يشتمل نظم العاكس على عضو ممدد مطوي طولياً لإلحاقه بتركيبة مثبتة في الخزان؛ وثقل قابل للإلحاق بالعضو الممدد المطوي طولياً؛ وعضو عاكس لعكس إشارة كهرومغناطيسية- ترتطم على السطح العاكس. تم تكوين الثقل لإقرانه بالعضو العاكس بأسلوب بحيث يحدد توجه الثقل توجه العضو العاكس.
