With professional training in the field of interpretation and translation studies, I have over 20 years of experience in general translation, public service interpreting, consecutive and simultaneous interpreting, and remote interpreting. I am also an experienced lecturer in the UK higher education sector, with a PhD in linguistics. I have a particular interest in promoting intercultural and multilingual communicative competence through foreign language learning and teaching.
