Source text - English 8.9 Arbitration. Any disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement (including the termination hereof), or the rights or obligations of the parties may, at the written request of either party, be settled and determined by arbitration to be conducted in California, U.S.A. pursuant to the then-existing rules of the American Arbitration Association for commercial arbitration. The Arbitrators shall have the power to award specific performance or injunctive relief, but shall not have the power to modify, alter, enlarge or otherwise change any of the provisions of this Agreement. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon the parties and the judgment thereon may be entered in the State or federal courts located in California without further notice.
Translation - Spanish 8.9 Arbitraje. Mediante solicitud escrita de cualquiera de las partes, cualquier conflicto, controversia o reclamaciones relacionados con este Contrato (incluso la rescisión del presente), o con los derechos y obligaciones de las partes, pueden resolverse por medio de arbitraje llevado a cabo en California, Estados Unidos de Norteamérica, de conformidad con las normas de la American Arbitration Association (Asociación Norteamericana de Arbitraje) entonces aplicables para el arbitraje comercial. La autoridad arbitral tendrá la facultad de ordenar el cumplimiento forzoso o las medidas cautelares en su caso. Sin embargo, no tendrá la facultad de modificar, alterar, extender o cambiar cualquier disposición del presente Contrato. El laudo arbitral será definitivo y obligatorio para las partes y este puede ser presentado en los Tribunales estatales o federales de California sin previo aviso.
