Проблемы

• Workpieces (e.g. forge and press products, mechanical/thermal cutting products, and machined products)
• Non-pressure equipment used as boiler components, as well as an ancillary equipment (e.g. steam coolers, burners, suspension brackets, pipe pieces for Gazprom, and common base frames)
Problems
• Obsolete technology with a large number of dangerous manual operations.
• Production line is worn. Any modernization is highly expensive. High power demand.
• Nonspecialized line. Production scheme is mainly toll processing. High labor input.
Upgrade and modernization arrangements implementation should be accompanied with simultaneous works for developing and introducing the Lean Production System procedures. The procedures, among others, include infrastructure optimization, production mechanization and automation, and labor productivity increase. Estimated reserve for labor productivity increase resulted from implementation of corresponding arrangements illustrated by creating lean production cell is at least two-fold.
