I.ПРЕДМЕТ НА ДОГОВОРА
Чл.1.ПРОДАВАЧЪТ се задължава да построи във вида, договорен в чл.7 от настоящия предварителен договор, съгласно утвърдения архитектурен проект, строителните правила и норми и БДС и прехвърли на КУПУВАЧA собствеността върху недвижим имот, подробно описан в раздел ІІ , срещу което КУПУВАЧЪТ са задължава да заплати посочената по-долу в договора сума.
II. ИМОТИ И ЗАДЪЛЖЕНИЕ ЗА ПОКУПКО-ПРОДАЖБА

Art.1 THE SELLER is obligated to construct in the appearance, negotiated in art.7 of the present preliminary contract, in accordance to the approved working plan , the building rules and regulations and the Bulgarian State Standard (BDS) and make over to the BUYER the ownership over a real state, described in full in section II , in exchange for which the BUYER is obliged to pay the bellow indicated in the contract sum.
