Set on 6,000 acres near Matauri Bay, Northland, The Lodge at Kauri Cliffs affords spectacular 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean. Cape Brett and the offshore Cavalli Islands are part of the panorama which can be viewed from the verandas, lounge, card and dining rooms.
Facilities include two Astroturf tennis courts, an infinity swimming pool with spa and a fully equipped fitness centre. Kauri Cliffs has three secluded swimming beaches, which are also available for picnics and barbeques.
The Lodge accommodation has 22 guest suites, and a two bedroom Owner’s Cottage. Every suite offers its own private porch, bedroom with sitting area and open fireplace, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. The cottages are nestled in a native forest overlooking the golf course and the Pacific Ocean.

Los puertos de llegada de los equipos y maquinaria para este proyecto son los
indicados en la tabla anterior, permaneciendo como alternativa, el puerto de Guayaquil.
El puerto de Esmeraldas cuenta con equipo de grúas para manipular carga pesada de
hasta 40/400 Tn.
Las centrales tendrán una capacidad fija en sitio de:
 70 MW, en Ibarra
 40 MW en Babahoyo
 20 MW en El Cambio
medidos en barras de alta tensión de los transformadores de elevación de las
subestaciones de las centrales en cada uno de los sitios. Las centrales estarán
constituidas por motores de combustión interna, ciclo diesel, consumiendo combustible
pesado (Fuel Oil No. 6).
Las unidades de generación previstas son: Motores de Combustión Interna de media
velocidad (hasta 720 RPM), de 4 tiempos, turbocargador y post enfriados, con
refrigeración por radiadores, con potencias de al menos 8 MW cada una, que
consumirán combustible residuo (Fuel N° 6) que se produce en la Refinería de
Esmeraldas.
Los Generadores serán Trifásicos de al menos 10 MVA de potencia, aislamiento clase
F, tensión de generación 13,8 kV, 60 Hz, Factor de Potencia 0,85, completos con los
sistemas de excitación, de regulación de tensión y equipo de protección y supervisión.
La configuración de cada una de las centrales será:
 Central Ibarra (70 MW), equipada con 9 grupos de generación que se acoplarán
a tres transformadores de elevación de 33 MVA cada uno, 13,8/138 kV. Estos
transformadores se interconectarán con la subestación Ibarra a nivel de 138 kV,
para este propósito se deberá diseñar y construir un tramo de línea de
aproximadamente 200 m a 138 kV, simple circuito.
 Central Babahoyo (40 MW), equipada con 6 grupos de generación que se
acoplarán a dos transformadores de elevación de 33 MVA cada uno, 13,8/69
kV. Estos transformadores se interconectarán con la subestación Babahoyo a
nivel de 69 kV, para este propósito se deberá diseñar y construir un tramo de
línea de aproximadamente 200 m a 69 kV, simple circuito.		Translation - Chinese
