CUSTOMER AND PARTICIPANT ARE COLLECTIVELY REFERRED AS “USER”

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
This Agreement governs the purchase and use of audio, video and web conferencing services and related products and services of InterCall ("InterCall Services") and its third party suppliers ("Third Party Services") (the InterCall Services and Third Party Services are referred to collectively as the "Services"). InterCall may alter, expand, or reduce the features of the Services from time to time without notice to User. User agrees that InterCall obligation to provide Services is conditioned upon User providing all information and assistance reasonably required to perform the Services and User hereby agrees to timely provide all such information and assistance. InterCall reserves the right to reclaim any dial-in numbers at any time. User acknowledges that not all Services can be guaranteed from all locations including, but not limited to via mobile telephones, pay phones or satellite phones due to various in-country, carrier or other restrictions.

购买和使用音频、视频、网络会议服务以及Intercall所提供的相关产品和服务（Intercall服务）、Intercall的第三方供应商所提供的产品和服务（第三方服务），都要受该协议的制约。 （Intercall服务和第三方服务共同被称为“服务”）。Intercall可以时而在不通知用户的情况下，改变、增加或减少服务特点。用户同意，Intercall是否履行提供各种服务的义务，取决于用户是否提供服务者在合理条件下要求其提供的所有信息和帮助。因此用户同意及时提供所有此类信息和帮助。Intercall有权随时要求收回任何一个拔号接入码。用户承认，由于不同的地理位置、不同的传送工具以及受其它各种情况的限制，并不是所有的服务都能够在所有的位置得以保证，包括但不限于指通过手机、付费电话或者卫星电话所接收的服务。
