Source text - English During the implementation phase, CAMTEL will appoint a team in charge of the daily follow-up of the project. This team will liaise with CAMTEL's general management for important decisions concerning the project and will decide on functional or technical options during the execution of the mission.
The successful bidder will also designate a team in charge of the execution of the mission headed by a Customer Project Manager (CPM). The CPM will ensure the management of the project and will inform CAMTEL's "project team" of the progress of the different phases of the project and future actions.
The billing platform shall be capable to create, invoice, deliver and manage various prepaid, postpaid, retail and wholesale communication services. These services include voice and video calls, Centrex/IP Hosted IP PBX, IPTV and VoD, residential VoIP, 3G/LTE and many others.
The billing platform is to be converged; it will be used as a single administration interface to manage and bill multiple services, while displaying billing charges for different services on a single invoice.
The platform must communicate with the elements of the communication network, provide authentication or authorization to its nodes, and collect billing events, i.e., data related to services provided to customers. Based on this information, the billing platform charges for services, creates transaction records and modifies customer balances accordingly.
