I was born in Turin on 13th January 1989 and I have lived there until the age of 23. There I have studied English, German, Spanish and a bit of Polish.
In the last year of my master in Foreign Languages and Literatures at the University of Turin I went to Düsseldorf for an Erasmus semester. I lived there for 9 months and I have written my master thesis in German.

After my degree I came back to Germany for working purposes. At the beginning I got a translation trainee for three months. At the end of the three months my boss renewed me the contract for other three months.
Between September 2014 and May 2015 I have worked in a German grammar school and I had the opportunity to let the students getting in touch with my native language, Italian, and its culture. In the meanwhile I have started to prepare my doctoral thesis at the University of Duisburg-Essen, which should be ready in the next months.

From June 2015 I work for a company selling home products online. Here I translate our product descriptions from German into Italian and from German into English and I have worked with the website administration of our company (content management). From July 2016 I have started my own business as a freelance translator.
