My name is Amadeus Furlong. I am originally from Doncaster, England, but I have been living in Lyon, France, since 2015. 

I first started studying the French language at the age of 11, and it is still my passion today twenty years on. 

I offer professional, accurate translation services from French to English which will respect the meaning of the source text such that it can be understood by native English speakers. I prefer NOT to use CAT tools as part of the pleasure I gain from my work is studying a text and coming across new words and researching new themes and topics. 

I am specialised in legal, business and marketing translations, but recently I have branched out into more technical fields including the environment and web marketing. 

I am highly skilled in Microsoft Office software and Adobe, so I'd be able to format any documents you have with precision and care. I also offer transcription and proofreading services in English.
