Fluently trilingual in French, English and Lebanese dialect.

My passion for languages was constantly fueled by a manifest desire to understand and embrace different cultures. And also, by my love for wordplay and poetry.

Having lived in Cyprus for many years, in an international environment, I picked up some Greek and studied Spanish and German at school. Switching from one language to another was always a form of natural process to me.

After a major in Graphic Designs and Advertising (2000-2005), I have worked in my field in both English and French, then undertook various translation projects along the way (from short movie subtitles, advertising slogans, to corporate document translations...)

My most recent work involved translating comic strips, from French to English, for a language-learning educational app. And it was the latter thrilling and successful experience that finally led me to the decision of making a fresh new start in my career with translation as my main occupation.

My strong attention to detail as well as my love for idioms, wordplay and etymology, allow me to deliver a meticulous but also a creative work.

Main objective: a translation that doesn't look like one!
