چکیده
افزایش روز افزون فناوری خدمات درگاهی، هکرها و مهاجمان را بر آن داشته است که خدمات درگاهی و سرورهای آنها را هک کنند. در نتیجه سازمان‌ها با چالشی برای بکار گیری از سیستم‌های امنیتی مناسب برای خدمات درگاهیشان روبه‌رو هستند. مهاجمان و نفوذیانی که ممکن است به صورت خصمانه برای رسیدن به اطلاعات یا خدمات تلاش کنند تهدید جدی هستند. روش‌های خودکار استخراج نشانه الگوهای دوگانه را کورکورانه استخراج میکنند که منجر به نتایج مثبت اشتباه میشود. در این مقاله رویکرده نیمه خودکاری برای تحلیل حملات و تولید نشانه‌ها برای خدمات درگاهی معرفی میشود. برای گردآوری داده‌ها، جدا از دروگرهای پیامی SOAPسنتی، هانی‌پات ها نیز مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند ابزارهایی که اطلاعات کوچک با ارزش بسیار را گردآوری میکنند. برای فیلتر کردن داده‌های مشکوک، دسته‌بندی SVM محور برای کمک به سرپرست سیستم مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. با اجرای الگوریتم نشانه‌ایی تهاجم، نشانه‌ی تهاجم متعادل‌تری استخراج میشود که منجر به علائم مثبت و منفی اشتباه کمتری میشود. این فرآیند به سرپرست امنیتی کمک میکند تا خدمات درگاهی که شکننده و نفوذپذیر هستند و یا مداوما تحت تهاجم قرار میگیرند را شناسایی کند.

ABSTRACT
The increasing popularity of web service technology is attracting hackers and attackers to hack the web
services and the servers on which they run. Organizations are therefore facing the challenge of
implementing adequate security for Web Services. A major threat is that of intruders which may
maliciously try to access the data or services. The automated methods of signature extraction extract the
binary pattern blindly resulting in more false positives. In this paper a semi automated approach is
proposed to analyze the attacks and generate signatures for web services. For data collection, apart from
the conventional SOAP data loggers, honeypots are also used that collect small data which is of high value.
To filter out the most suspicious part of the data, SVM based classifier is employed to aid the system
administrator. By applying an attack signature algorithm on the filtered data, a more balanced attack
signature is extracted that results in fewer false positives and negatives. It helps the Security Administrator
to identify the web services that are vulnerable or are attacked more frequently. |

GENERAL
1. Business of the Company shall be carried on and the Company shall be managed in
accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Maldives.
2. The Company is a private limited Company and shall not sell shares to the public and;
a) The right to transfer shares is restricted in the manner hereinafter prescribed.
b) The number of members of the Company is limited to ______. Provided that where two
or more share holders hold one or more shares in the company jointly, they shall for the
purpose of these regulations be treated as a single member.
c) Any invitation to the public to subscribe for any shares of the Company is prohibited.
TRANSFER OF SHARES
3. No shares should be issued on discount.
4. No shares of the Company can be transferred without a written approval of the Board of
Directors. If a share is transferred without such an approval, then such transfer will be void.
The Board of Directors has the right to call for any information about the transferee. If the
Board of Directors decides not to transfer a share, that decision will be final and binding.
5. If a member wants to sell his shares, he can do so to one or more members of the Company
or to a third party with the approval of the Board of Directors. However, the Board of
Directors must not give their approval to sell any shares to the public.
6. If a shareholder deceases, the Company shall register as a member any person(s) who has
been recognized by a competent court of Law as being entitled to the shares of such
deceased member. However, if such successor does not want to register as a share holder of

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اجراي موفق استرداد مجرمین، ضمن ضمانت عدالت قضایی، از فرار مجرمین به کشورهاي دور از محل وقوع جرم جلوگیری می کند. هر چند این فرآیند مستلزم تعاون قضایی بین المللی است و در عمل، مسایل و روابط بین کشورها در این عرصه مد نظر قرار می گیرد. لیکن در دو قرن اخیر، بسیاري از کشورها ضمن وضع قوانین داخلی، به عضویت بسیاري از قراردادها و کنوانسیون هاي بین المللی (نظیر کنوانسیون پالرمو) در آمده اند. در این راستا در سال 1339، ایران نیز با وضع قانون استرداد مجرمین، بسیاري از احکام بین المللی را مورد استناد قرار داده است. در این پژوهش اصول و ضوابط رسیدگی، نقاط قوت و ضعف قوانین استرداد، چگونگی و تشریفات استرداد در نظام حقوقی ایران، ترکیه و حقوق بین الملل مورد بررسی و ارزیابی تطبیقی قرار گرفته است.

Abstract
Basis and Goals: A successful extradition of criminals, beside guaranteeing panel justice, prevents of escaping the criminals to another country. Although this function is based on international code panel cooperation and in practice in this field the intercountry ties are considered. Through resent couple centuries, number of countries not also enact new regulations but also participate in international conventions such as Palermo convention. In 1339, Iran by enacting the regulation of extradition of criminals invocates most of international roles. In this study, the basics and conditions of investigation, weak and strength points of extradition's regulations, how it has been considered in Iran, Turkey and international legal system, are comparatively investigated and analyzed.
