一、中国输电网曾落后西方20年
赵忆宁：在输电技术领域，20世纪中国与发达国家的差距有多大?
陈维江：从世界电网的发展历程看，输电网已经有100多年应用历史了。就输电技术从低电压到高电压等级提升的过程看，西方国家一直领先，中国比世界发达国家首次出现更高电压等级输电网(超高压输电网)的时间也晚了大约20年。1972年6月16日，我国自行设计、自行制造设备、自行施工安装的第一条330千伏超高压输变电线路——刘(刘家峡)—天(天水)—关(关中)线路——投入运行，而瑞典早在1952年就已经建成380千伏的输电工程了。不仅如此，在750千伏输电技术上，我们更是晚了40年。1965年加拿大最早建成麦尼夸根—魁北克市—蒙特利尔735千伏的输电工程，而我国首次全面掌握750千伏电网建设及运行技术，是在2005年建成了青海官亭—甘肃兰州东输变电工程。

一、中国の送電網はかつて、ヨーロッパより20年遅れていた
趙憶寧：送電技術分野において、20世紀の中国は先進国にどれほどの差を付けられていたのか。
陳維江：世界の電力網の発展史をみると、送電網が採用されてすでに100年以上になる。送電技術において低電圧から高電圧レベルへの電圧引き上げプロセスでは、ヨーロッパが一貫してリードしている。中国で超高電圧レベルの送電網が初めて誕生したのは、世界の先進国により約20年遅れてのことであった。1972年6月16日、中国独自で初めて設計・製造・据付された330KV超高電圧の送電線路（劉｟劉家峡｠―天｟天水｠―関｟関中｠の線路）が稼動した。しかし、スウェーデンではすでに、1952年に380KVの送電プロジェクトが完工していた。これだけでなく、中国は750 KVの送電技術でも40年遅れていた。1965年にカナダではいち早くマニクアガン―ケベック市―モントリオール市の735KVの送電プロジェクトが完工した。一方、中国は、2005年に青海省官亭―甘粛省蘭州の送変電プロジェクトを完工し、750KVの電力網の建設・運用技術を全面的に習得した。
