Volunteer translator for Translators Without Borders

I am a native U.S. English speaker, but for the past 5 years I have been living in Argentina. Due to this, I have gained near-native proficiency in Spanish, which I use almost exclusively as my daily language.

I have a BA in Spanish Studies, and I plan on continuing my professional formation by earning a MS in Translation and Interpreting and a Master of Business Administration.

My specialties are in education, history, politics, social sciences, and travel/tourism. At the moment I do not accept technical scientific or medical texts, since I would rather refuse to translate a text than turn in a translation of unsatisfactory quality.
