Bio

I am Ardita, a native Albanian speaker and translator from North Macedonia, a small landlocked country in Southeast Europe. After obtaining a bachelor's degree in English three years ago, I realized that translation is the career that matches my interests and skills, and the field I am most passionate about.

One of my main interests is dealing with difficult-to-translate terms. Those terms that don't seem to have any equivalent translation or culture-specific terms so prevalent in various types of translation. For me, these are what makes translation intriguing and an adventure. It's not all set down in a dictionary; the waters are often unexplored and constantly changing.
