Source text - Russian Гарант настоящим подтверждает, что ему была предоставлена копия Договора Аренды, он ознакомлен со всеми его условиями, включая, без ограничений, определения, содержащиеся в Договоре Аренды, и соглашается с тем, что Гарант не вправе ссылаться на то, что он не был осведомлен об условиях Договора Аренды.
Translation - English The Guarantor hereby affirms that it has been provided with a copy of the Lease Agreement, that it is familiar with all of its conditions, including, without limitation, the definitions contained therein, and that it agrees that the Guarantor shall not be entitled to argue its unfamiliarity with the conditions of the Lease Agreement.
