Source text - English Three hundred and fourteen bacteria isolated pre-treatment from cases enrolled in a multicentre clinical field trial, conducted in France and the UK, were used in this study. Cultural and biochemical identification resulted in some differences in identification of bacteria to that given in the clinical trial report. However, this has no significant impact on the results of either report. MIC50 and MIC90 values of the bacteria tested against cefalexin and kanamycin are shown in Table 6 below.
The highest concentrations of the antibiotic combination tested by Friton were 12 and 8 µg/ml for cefalexin and kanamycin, respectively. Results of susceptibility testing (based on NCCLS breakpoints) are shown in Table 7 below and Table 17 in section 1.A.1.5.
The combination of cephalexin and kanamycin (ratio 1.5:1) in vitro showed very good activity against all of the staphylococci and streptococci (66.2% of the isolates) as well as E. coli (22.3% of the isolates) tested, which are the major pathogens in mastitis in dairy cows. From the individual isolate results, it can be seen that there is an enhancement of antibacterial activity by the use of the combination over the individual antibiotics. However, the testing, using a fixed combination of the products and limited dilutions, was not designed to determine true synergy of action in vitro as in a checkerboard analysis.

Potential risks associated with the use of this system, which may require additional surgery, include device component fracture, loss of fixation, fracture of the vertebra, neurological injury and vascular injury. All the prostheses damaged in any way that can infringe on their aspect or functioning must not be implanted.
Under no circumstances may the prosthesis be re-used.Although the device may appear intact on removal, internal modification due to the stress and strains placed on it, or small defects may exist which may lead to fracture of the prosthesis. Contouring or bending of an implant may reduce its fatigue strength and cause its failure. If implants are bent or otherwise damaged during insertion or adjustment, they cannot be implanted and must be replaced.

Yeni kanun bürokrasiyi azaltarak petrol kaynaklarının hızlı, sürekli ve etkili şekilde aranmasını, geliştirilmesini ve üretilmesini sağlamayı amaçlıyor. Bu kanun, petrolün aranması, üretimi, iletimi, rafinajı, depolanması, toptan satışı ile ilgili konuları kapsıyor.
Türkiye’nin günlük ham petrol talebi 624 bin varil, yerli üretimi ise 47 bin varil civarında. Yani net petrol ithalatımız günde 577 bin varil. Yerli üretimimiz ile toplam talebimiz arasındaki bu fark, bizi dünyanın en büyük 14’üncü petrol ithalatçısı konumuna getiriyor ve petrolde ithalata bağımlı cari açığımızı doğrudan etkiliyor. Translation - English Turkey took a major step on exploring its hidden treasures and eliciting them by the new Petroleum Law that got through the Parliamentary Committee. Even though Turkey is not an oil-rich country, its potential resources cannot be underestimated.
The new law aims petroleum resources to be explored, developed and produced in a fast, continuous and effective way by minimising bureaucracy. This law involves issues about exploration, production, transportation, refining, storage, and wholesale trade of petroleum.
Turkey's daily crude petroleum demand is 624,000 barrels whereas local production is around 47,000 barrels, which means our net petroleum import is 577,000 barrels daily. The difference between our local production and total demand puts us in the position of the world's 14th biggest petroleum importer and affects our import dependent current account deficit in petroleum directly; hence Turkey's current account deficit shows parallelism with the fluctuations in petroleum prices.

Vulnerabilities are often kept secret under embargos until affected parties have had a chance to address them. In these cases, GKE's Release Notes will refer to "security updates" until the embargo has been lifted. At that point the notes will be updated to reflect the vulnerability the patch addressed.
Note: If you run multi-tenant workloads on GKE, please pay particular attention to these bulletins. These vulnerabilities are more likely to impact multi-tenant workloads. For a technical description of security boundaries in GKE and how these impact workloads, see "Isolation at different layers of the Kubernetes stack".

Google recently discovered an issue in the Calico Container Network Interface (CNI) plugin which can, in certain configurations, log sensitive information. This issue is tracked under Tigera Technical Advisory TTA-2018-001.
• When running with debug-level logging, the Calico CNI plugin will write Kubernetes API client configuration into the logs.
• The Calico CNI will also write the Kubernetes API token to the logs at the info level if the "k8s_auth_token" field is set on the CNI network configuration.
• Additionally, when running with debug-level logging, if the service account token is explicitly set, either in the Calico configuration file read by Calico, or as environment variables used by Calico, then Calico components (calico/node, felix, CNI) will write this information to the log files.
Google Kubernetes Engine Clusters with a Cluster Network Policy and Stackdriver Logging enabled, logged Calico service account tokens to Stackdriver. Clusters without Network Policy enabled are unaffected.
We have deployed a fix that migrates the Calico CNI plugin to only log at the warning level, and use a new service account. The patched calico code will be deployed in a later release.

Google kısa süre önce Calico Container Network Interface (CNI) eklentisinde, belirli yapılandırmalarda hassas bilgilerin günlüğe kaydedilmesine neden olabilen bir sorun keşfetmiştir. Bu sorun, Tigera Technical Advisory TTA-2018-001 altında izlenmektedir.
• Calico CNI eklentisi, DEBUG düzeyinde günlük kaydıyla çalışırken günlük kayıtlarına Kubernetes API istemci yapılandırmasını yazar.
• Calico CNI ayrıca CNI ağ yapılandırmasında "k8s_auth_token" alanı ayarlanmışsa INFO düzeyinde günlük kayıtlarına Kubernetes API jetonunu yazar.
