If you have ever watched Money Heist, you'll agree that the series quickly became a hit, turning into a phenomenon and reached thousands of viewers.
We will also see how a Scrum team works, its characteristics and how it resembles the team from Money Heist.
Just like in a Scrum project, it all starts with a plan that aims to deliver a product. In the series, this product consists of entering the Spanish Mint and staying there just long enough to print a huge amount of money. This product was elaborated by the PO (Product Owner) who, in the show, is the character known as "The Professor". We'll talk about him in more detail later.
So that the goal is fulfilled, a multidisciplinary team capable of collaborating with each other is needed to successfully deliver the product. Then, the Professor selects his team, gathers the team members together to do a great Planning in order to explain all product details (heist). So we get to the start of the Sprint.

Se você já assistiu La Casa de Papel, há de concordar que a série virou uma febre rapidamente, transformou-se em um fenômeno e atingiu milhares de telespectadores.
Veremos também como funciona um Time Scrum, suas características e como se assemelha ao time de La Casa de Papel.
Assim como em um projeto Scrum, tudo começa com um plano, que tem como objetivo a entrega de um produto. No seriado, esse produto consiste em entrar na Casa da Moeda da Espanha e ficar lá apenas o tempo necessário para imprimir uma quantidade enorme de dinheiro. Esse produto foi elaborado pela figura do P.O (ProductOwner), que no programa é o personagem conhecido como “Professor”. Falaremos dele com detalhes mais à frente.
Para que o objetivo seja cumprido, é necessário um time multidisciplinar capaz de colaborar uns com os outros para que o produto seja entregue com sucesso. Então, o Professor seleciona sua equipe, entrosa os membros do time e faz uma grande Planning para explicar todos os detalhes do produto (ou roubo). Assim, chega ao início da Sprint.
