Source text - English Careful sizing of the cuff is important for accurate blood pressure readings. If the cuff is too small or too large, you may have false high or low readings, respectively. When there is an area of overlap for using a smaller or larger cuff, use the larger size cuff.
The device uses oscillometric technology to determine blood pressure; therefore, if the cuff extends to the antecubital fossa (bend in the elbow), you can still acquire an accurate blood pressure reading.
Measure the arm circumference (midway between the elbow and shoulder) for the correct cuff size.
Wrap the cuff around the patient’s upper arm and verify that the artery index marker falls within the two divisions that identify the “range” on the cuff to indicate a proper fit.

Одноцентровое, открытое, рандомизированное, двухпериодное, с двумя последовательными приемами исследование относительной биодоступности и биоэквивалентности, проводимое по перекрестной сбалансированной схеме в условиях приема лекарственных средств натощак внутрь.
Главная цель: сравнить скорость и степень абсорбции исследуемого препарата Тест (T) относительно референтного препарата Референс® (R) у здоровых добровольцев после однократно принятой дозы 10 мг (1 таблетка) и оценить биоэквивалентность двух лекарственных средств
Дозировка и назначение препарата
Используемая дозировка
В каждом Периоде добровольцу будет назначен прием 1 таблетки, содержащей 10 мг Теста (T или R, согласно схеме рандомизации), внутрь, натощак
Метод назначения
Исследуемый препарат и препарат сравнения добровольцы будут принимать в положении «сидя», натощак, после воздержания от приема пищи в ночной период не менее 10 часов, запивая таблетку 200 мл питьевой воды. В случае рвоты, возникшей в период до 4 часов после приема любого из препаратов в любом Периоде, доброволец выбывает из исследования. Добровольцы будут проинструктированы находиться в положении «сидя» или «полусидя» в течение 3-х часов после приема препарата, но не принимать полностью горизонтального положения
Госпитализация
Все добровольцы будут госпитализированы дважды в плановом порядке, накануне дня приема одного из исследуемых лекарственных препаратов.
Режим приема пищи и воды
Прием воды будет запрещен за 1 час до и 2 часа после приема препарата в каждом Периоде, за исключением 200 мл воды для запивания принятой таблетки.
Статистический анализ
Для главных и дополнительных фармакокинетических параметров Теста будут рассчитаны и приведены описательные статистики (N, медиана, среднее арифметическое, среднее геометрическое, минимальное и максимальное значение, стандартное отклонение, коэффициент вариации).

Drug intake
The study drug and the reference drug will be received by volunteers in a sitting position, fasting overnight, after abstaining from food for at least 10 hours, taking a tablet with 200 ml of drinking water. In the event of vomiting up to 4 hours after taking one of the drugs, whatever period, the volunteer withdraws from the study. Volunteers will be instructed to be in a sitting or semi-sitting position for 3 hours after taking the drug, but not in a recumbent position
Hospitalization
All volunteers will be routinely admitted twice the day before taking one of the drugs.
Food and water intake
Nil drinking water is 1 hour before and 2 hours after taking the drug in each period, except 200 ml of water with the taken tablet.
Statistical analysis
Descriptive statistics will be presented (N, median, arithmetic mean, geometric mean, minimum, and maximum, standard deviation, coefficient of variation) for the main and additional pharmacokinetic parameters.

Source text - English Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic, multifactorial disease of the central nervous system (CNS), typified by repetitive relapses and/or progression. Oxidative stress is a crucial factor in MS pathogenesis by ameliorating leukocyte migration, contributing to oligodendrocyte damage and axonal injury. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) and reactive nitrogen species (RNS) are created in CNS of MS patients mainly by activated macrophages and microglia structures responsible for demyelinisation and axons disruption.
As there is no cure for MS, caring for patients takes a multifaceted approach; addressing pathogenesis, symptoms associated with disease, and the emotional/lifestyle implications of the disease.

Aquasil Hard Putty is a fast setting, very high viscosity type impression material with ideal mechanical properties as tray material for the putty/wash technique. It may also be used as tray material for the double mix technique for quadrant impressions.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use Aquasil Hard Putty in combination with full arch impression trays for the double mix technique. The low flexibility of the set material may interfere with tray removal.

While studying at St. Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University, I worked as an ambulance dispatcher from 2007 to 2008 and later in 2009 as a call center operator at a medical company specializing in laboratory diagnostics. From 2009 to 2013, I developed my medical skills by working in various medical public and private institutions as a radiologist.
Since 2013, I have expanded my accumulated experience and knowledge. I have translated the materials of FutureLearn online courses, including medical content; podcasts of various topics of VOA Learning English, BBC Learning English, Spotlight; articles on the NHS website and many other Internet sources. During this fascinating period I used Raymond Murphy's self-study grammar books and translation theory internet materials to learn.
So, after 2019, I have been performing translations in cosmetology, pharmacy, dentistry, clinical medicine, clinical research for Russian translation companies.
I suppose a translator recreates a new text, and good translation requires a full understanding of the subject.
