The essence of the power of attorney I the principal grant to the agent who is my wife is as follows; to be able to safe guard, manage and supervise the movable property or fixed assets registered in my name and jointly in our name as well as in her name, to rent and give through contract, to receive both the rental and contract money by making calculation, to sell and exchange, to conclude an agreement, to transfer the title deed in the name of the buyer, to purchase movable property or fixed assets in my name, to transfer the title deed in my name, being organized under housing cooperative or through lease, to receive plot of land both for the construction of residential house or for offices as well as for investment, to be registered in any new registration, to deposit money in savings account, to obtain title deed and ownership booklet, to obtain plate no., to pay annual vehicles tax and to have the vehicle be inspected, to obtain plate no., to change plate no., to have an annual vehicle inspection, to transfer file to roads transport, to have water, telephone and electric lines be installed, to give and receive documents and evidences prepared in my name, to obtain construction permit, by hiring a professional to undertake construction work, to purchase building materials(cement) from the concerned office and to receive the same, to obtain investment license, to obtain import and export license, to return the same, to obtain a trade license in my name and to use the same, to renew the trade license, to change the sector, when it is found necessary to return the trade license, to follow bids in my name, to receive money that are refunded from the bid, if the agent wins the bid to receive the property, to receive any money or benefit which I am entitled to receive, to receive money from private individual or to give the same, to operate the bank account maintain with private or governmental banks, to deposit and withdraw money, to open a new on minutes, also to sign on Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association, to make contribution either in cash or in kind, to receive any benefits that I am entitled to receive, to sell our share either fully or partially, to exchange, to effect payments that should be effected, to receive property or money which I am entitled to receive either through inheritance or gift, to transfer the title deed in my name, to sell the property that I have receive through inheritance, to exchange the same, to transfer the title deed in the name of the buyer, if the government wants the plot of land for development to receive the plot of land given to me as a substitution or to receive compensation, to receive any Equb collected from any place on my behalf, to effect payments for the same, to obtain marriage and birth certificate from the concerned office, concerning the condominium houses given to me from the government, for the agent to receive the key and the house in my name, to supervise the same, to conclude a loan and collateral agreement in the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, to borrow money and to sign on collateral agreements, to pay the loan by making calculation, by pledging as collateral this fixed assets namely the condominium house to conclude a loan and collateral agreement with the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, to pay the loan borrowed, concerning the condominium house to open a new saving account with the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, to operate the accounts opened, to deposit and withdraw money, to conclude an adoption agreement before any court of law, to receive my degree and educational documents from any university and schools by completing the necessary formalities, to have a declaration be affixed, to pay fees that are payable for this, to receive my pension allowance granted to me from the social security authority every month, to purchase bond, to receive register letters sent either through the bank or the postal services in my name, to open a new bank account in my name, any to deposit money in the saving account for 40/60, 20/80 and other condominium house, to deposit and withdraw money, to make a name change before any court of law, by appearing in person before water and sewerage authority, electric power corporation, mobile department, to conclude an agreement, to renew the agreement, in general by appearing in person before any governmental offices, public organizations, administrative offices, private establishments, municipality, inland revenue, road transport, post office, kebele, sub-city, land administration, district, administration for rented houses, investment bureau, trade and industry, immigration, embassies, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Social Security Office, housing agency, customs office, the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange, In land office, in all regions of Ethiopia, Ministry of Pension, to make a follow up on my cases and to implement the same, in accordance with the agreement concluded with Access Real Estate when the contract is terminated to receive the money I am entitled to get either in cheque or cash, as regards the law suit and dispute by appearing in person on my behalf and to conclude everything, to effect the payments that are payable, when it is beyond control and therefore when a lawsuit is instituted against me or on my property, to argue the case before any court of law by appointing a legal attorney, to give a reply, to submit an appeal, to affirm an affidavit, to continue execution and when it is found necessary to give power of attorney to another party or to revoke.
