Greetings!
I am Janmejay Singh, a 42 year old doctoral research scholar in Department of English, Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan with six years of experience as ad hoc lecturer in North Bengal and Bihar, and two years of work as Resource Person (Teacher Educator) for English in Azim Premji Foundation for government school teachers and functionaries. At present, I am a teacher of English in PlanetSpark, and also tutor online students of various ages and levels of proficiency who connect with me on Superprof and others I found through contacts.
I completed Secondary education from St Lawrence High School (Kolkata), Higher Secondary education in Science from Scottish Church College (Kolkata), BA English (Hons) from St Paul's CM College (Kolkata), and MA English Studies from CES/SLL, JNU (Delhi).
I also gained PGD in Print Journalism from Asian College of Journalism (Chennai) in 2004, and worked for two years as a journalist in NIE (Hyderabad) and A2Media Pvt Ltd (Bangalore).
