The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to all companies processing or controlling the personal information of EU residents, regardless of where those companies are located. The regulation is set to take effect on May 25, 2018.
In order to import contacts to Euroland Subscription Service Tools, we need a confirmation that all the contacts on the list you have provided to be added to Subscriber List have provided their consent to use the Subscription Services.
The contacts on the list (Data Subjects) will not receive a confirmation email from Euroland, and they will not have an opt-in IP address or date in tool records. It is therefore important to assure that you have previously acquired their consent.
According to GDPR, the consent must be: Freely-given, Specific, Informed, given through Clear Affirmative Action.
In case you do not have consent from subscribers, Euroland offers a service of collecting user consent via email. Please contact us for more information.
