1.1.1 Presse
La machine est composée par un plan de travail sur lequel une presse OP 2M1 Alfamatic a été fixée.
Le plan est formé par une plate-forme en acier cadmié appuyée sur une structure solide.
La presse pneumo-hydraulique OP 2M1 a été conçue pour générer une force axiale grâce à une unité de pression pneumo-hydraulique. L’outil est formé par un cylindre pneumatique et par un multiplicateur hydraulique incorporé ; la technique qui résulte de l’union de ces deux parties permet à la machine de séparer la course totale en deux différentes phases: la course de rapprochement rapide à basse pression et la course d’exercice pendant laquelle il y a une augmentation de la force grâce à un multiplicateur de pression qui se déclanche en présence d’une résistance qui dépasse la force de rapprochement.
La presse est dotée de deux systèmes de relèvement, un transducteur linéaire pour la course et une cellule de chargement pour la force d’emmanchement.
La presse n’emploie que de l’air comprimée et l’installation est pneumatique.

1.1.2 Support du corps de pompe et système de blocage de l’élément (fig. 4).
Le support de la pompe se positionne pendant l’emmanchement. La pompe est positionnée de façon que la goupille sur le support soit bien emmanchée dans un des alésages M8 à 120° qui se trouvent sur la base du corps.

La pressa pneumoidraulica OP 2M1 è concepita per sviluppare una forza assiale , mediante una unità di spinta pneumo - idraulica. L’apparecchiatura è costituita da un cilindro pneumatico e da un moltiplicatore idraulico incorporato; la tecnica risultante da questa unione consente alla macchina di scomporre la corsa totale in due fasi distinte :la corsa di avvicinamento veloce a bassa pressione e la corsa di lavoro in cui avviene una intensificazione della forza mediante un moltiplicatore di pressione che entra in azione al presentarsi di una resistenza che superi la forza di cui è dotata l’avvicinamento.
La pressa consta di due sistemi di rilevamento, un trasduttore lineare per la corsa ed una cella di carico per la forza di piantaggio
La pressa utilizza solo aria compressa e l’impiantistica è solo pneumatica.

The following informations refer to messages from the XXX PLC (software as of Dec. 1998) which are displayed on the operator’s panels within the user’s area MENU - 1 - in the screens

STATUS AND FAULTS - 2 - (see sheet 5.32 of electrical manual)
Alarms from the YYY (CNC) System area are described in the YYY NNN 840C - Operator’s Guide (User Documentation) in chapters 7 and 8.
The informations concerning fault reasons, fault finding and removal are given in a general form. Each of the possible conditions and their combinations that cause a message cannot always be described individually and absolutely clear, because one message often is triggered by a lot of possible reasons.
The description tries to offer the decisive reason(s) for any message as well as the according hints for fault finding and removal. In many cases additional helpful instruc-tions may be derived from the „message line“ (= 2nd upper left line on the screen) by pressing the INFO key. In case of doubt don’t hesitate to call the ZZZ & ZZZ service.
These informations are addressed to technically qualified personnel that is familiar with the XXX machine. Fault finding, removal and repairs made by non-qualified personnel may cause damages to the machine, the tools and/or the workpieces, it may cause the loss of software or even human injuries. Safety rules have strictly to be followed at any attempt of fault finding and/or removal.
