Source text - English The Paleolithic diet is sometimes referred to as the Caveman´s diet, or the Hunter-Gatherer diet, the Stone Age and the Warrior diet. These days though, more people simply refer to this eating regimen as the Paleo diet. This follows the dietetic restrictions of our prehistoric ancestors, particularly the hunter-gatherers of old.
This diet relies on fresh produce, while shying away from processed food items that have proven time and time again to be detrimental to one´s health.

Atualmente, no entanto, mais pessoas referem-se simplesmente a esta dieta alimentícia como dieta Paleo. Ela segue as restrições de nossos ancestrais pré-históricos, principalmente os caçadores-coletores de outrora. Esta dieta depende de produtos frescos, enquanto desestimula o consumo de comida processada, que tem mostrado ao longo do tempo o quanto são prejudiciais à saúde.

Source text - English 9. TERMINATION
9.1. If either party shall fail to perform or be in material breach of any of its obligations hereunder and shall have failed or been unable to remedy said failure or breach within thirty (30) days after receipt of notice from the other party with respect thereto, said other party may terminate this Agreement by giving written notice of termination to the party in breach, effective immediately upon its sending. In the event of such termination, this Agreement will be cancelled without any financial obligation on the part of LICENSEE beyond the payment of maintenance and/or engineering applications support fees for the portion of the year maintenance and/or engineering applications support are in force. 9.2. Within ten (10) days after any termination of this Agreement, LICENSEE shall deliver to XXX the Software Protection Key and shall either (a) deliver to XXX the System in the form provided by XXX and all copies thereof, in the possession, custody or control of LICENSEE or (b) destroy or render unusable the System and copies thereof, including information and data relating to the System stored in any storage facility, and certify in writing to XXX that they have been destroyed.

das suas obrigações de acordo com este contrato e não cumpri-lo ou for incapaz de solucionar tal perda ou violação dentro de trinta (30) dias após o recebimento do comunicado da outra parte no que diz respeito a isto, a outra parte pode encerrar este Contrato ao apresentar por escrito o aviso de rescisão da parte na violação, que vigorará imediatamente após seu envio. Na ocasião de tal rescisão, este Contrato será cancelado sem qualquer ônus para o LICENCIADO, além do pagamento de honorários de manutenção e/ou suporte a aplicativos de engenharia pela fração de ano de manutenção e /ou suporte de aplicação de engenharia que estiverem vigentes. 9.2. Dentro de dez (10) dias após qualquer rescisão deste Contrato, o LICENCIADO devolverá à XXX a Chave de Proteção do Software e (a) entregará para a XXX o Sistema da mesma forma pela qual a XXX a forneceu e todas as cópias sob propriedade, supervisão ou controle do LICENCIADO ou (b) destruir ou tornar inutilizáveis o Sistema e suas cópias, incluindo informações e dados relativos ao Sistema armazenados em qualquer área de armazenagem e comprovar por escrito à XXX que as mesmas foram destruídas.
