Translation - English Natto on warm rice. Perhaps this is the time that makes us unconsciously realize wefre really glad to be Japanese.
Natto is gaining attention not only in Japan but also throughout the world as a esuper foodf or eplanet saving foodf. As you will see, this is because nattofs nutritional value and benefits are readily apparent.
Soybeans are often called ethe meat cropf and natto, which is made from soybeans, is a high protein food comparable to beef.
Protein is essential for the construction of things like our blood, muscles, and organs but natto includes an abundance of high quality protein. Furthermore, when soybeans are made into natto, the rate of protein absorption increases remarkably, a distinguishing characteristic of natto.
In addition to that, natto has ingredients that prevent and treat illnesses like heart disease, strokes, cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes, and cirrhosis and itfs been discovered to include ingredients that show to be effective in the prevention of infection from disease causing bacteria like ecoli 0-157 which has become a major problem these days.
Recently, an enzyme that dissolves thrombus (blood clots that occur in the blood vessels) has been found in the bacteria in natto. Wefve named this eNatto Kinasef. Whether natto shows a remarkable effect on the treatment and prevention of diseases like cerebral thrombosis and diseases that occur later in life has been thrown into the spotlight.
Besides this, according to various current research, the ingredients in natto have been shown to fight fatigue, prevent anemia and osteoporosis (a disease that infests and weakens bones), are useful for preventing the effects of aging and a number of other illnesses.
Natto, the old traditional food made of soybeans is a food wefd like to see the people of today eat. Make it a part of your everyday diet and please take advantage of its ability to preserve health and prevent disease.

Translation is not always black and white and you need someone who can sort through the gray areas to convey with precision and nuance. You need someone who is fast as well as accurate and has extensive experience with Japan, its language and people. Things you can't learn from a textbook. With years of experience studying and working around Japanese, I have translated documents from a wide range of fields, and even some material for a Japanese tea master. I not only possess the skills and knowledge necessary to get the job done thoroughly, I also have a passion for Japan and Japanese and that's why I believe I should be your choice for a translation position with your company. Some highlights of my experience up to now is as follows:
Kanji Nouryoku Kentei level 5 certification (which tests both reading and writing of kanji).
Educated in Japanese in Japan.
Experience living and working in Japan for 4.5 years.
Experience translating academic, legal, scientific, technical, pop culture, and medical documents.
Extensive knowledge of Japanese culture, etc.
As studying and honing one's language skills is a continual process I am currently and continuously striving to attain higher levels of certification as well as broadening my knowledge of Japan's rich cultural heritage. I'm looking forward to discussing my future with your company. Please don't hesitate to contact me through the means listed above. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Douglas A. Varenas
