Prices are being driven by the expanding economy, mass urbanization of the population, investment speculation and supply constraints created by land auction ownership system.
One of the main causes of the mortgage crisis in the United States was borrowers purchasing property with little to no money down. In fact, many lenders were lending 105% of a property value to cover closing and possible renovation costs. In China, banks require a 20% to 50% down payment to purchase a property, and home saving systems are also built right into the employment contracts by major companies.
One significant element that might drive prices lower, is that new homes sales in China represent a much more significant portion of sales than in Western countries. This means developers can control prices. Developers with high financing and capital costs may be tempted to lower prices to sell units faster rather than protect established pricing.

Under the dust remover there are three hoppers. Each hopper has an overhaul with the next manual flapper valve, a rotary vane feeder. 3 feeder screw conveyor ash consists of a collection sent to a LS400 DSZ- 50-type dust damping mixer, after wetting treatment, the fine ash from the car shipped to avoid dust secondary pollution.

If CDB receives a payment that is insufficient to discharge all the amounts then due and payable by the Borrower under the Finance Documents, CDB may apply that payment towards the obligations of the Borrower under the Finance Documents in the following order:

CDB may set off any matured obligation due from the Borrower under the Finance Documents (to the extent beneficially owned by CDB) against any matured obligation owed by CDB to the Borrower, regardless of the place of payment, booking branch or currency of either obligation.
