I am looking for work in literary translation to promote literature between China and the English-speaking world.

In the past eight years, I have provided consistent and quality tutoring to undergraduate and postgraduate students in translation studies and have supervised dissertations. I am an avid reader and read a wide range of literary works including fiction, biographies, literary criticism, history, politics, and economics.

My other professional experience outside the field of translation covers areas of examination administration, communication, negotiation, IT system testing, and project management. These will, in one way or another, contribute to literary translation, as they broaden and deepen my understanding of life experience.
